Hot Lead

I just got the following email for a permanent PT office adminstrator position.  Please see the email and posting below.

We have a position available for a part-time office administrator. I was wondering if you could post it for your Alumni. We are looking for someone who strictly wants part-time and nothing else. It is an internal position here at Manpower and it would be permanent. The candidate must have the experience listed in the description I’ve attached. OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

In this position, you will:
Process staff payroll and benefits, including: 401(K), health insurance, leave and other benefits
Work with accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable
Assist with associate payroll, billing, and cash receipts
Manage Workers Compensation system through the whole cycle
Maintain staff records and aid with the Employee Handbook design
Work with facilities, leases and general insurance
Shop benefits vendors
The ideal candidate will have:
Three plus years of office experience in an office environment
Previous experience in most of the following:
Payroll
Human resources
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Collections
Cash receipts
Workers compensation
Unemployment compensation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically the ability to gather information and create complex reports in Microsoft Excel
An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a business field, preferred
The ability to work part-time hours with no guarantee of full-time in the future

The office administrator will be responsible for a variety of routine and complex tasks on a daily basis. The position will total 20-25 hours per week with a flexible, but set schedule paying between $15-20/hour based on experience.
