Wednesday's Leads

Remember that a diamond isn't formed overnight.  It takes ages and ages of the right conditions and tons and tons of pressure to make something exquisite.  Look at your career in the same way.  It's unlikely that you will get your dream job right out of the gate, especially in this economy.  But keep after it, and remember that the pressure you feel is helping you build something stunning!
