"Look at the donut, not the hole." ...age-old advice from one of my former coaches, reminding us to look at what we have, not what we don't

Remember, Babe Ruth may have been one of the great homerun hitters of all time, but he also struck out a lot, too. The job search is just like that, especially in this economy. Keep getting back up there and swinging for the fence!

Well done, Rick!

Let's give  big round of applause for Rick Lauer, who just found out today that he got a job as a medical assistant!

I want to commend Rick for this achievement and laud him for his continued effort and perseverance.  Rick has been on quite a few interviews and has frequently been the "runner up," but his efforts have finally paid off!

Rick should be a role model for all of us.  The job search can be daunting, and it is hard to passed over for other candidates, but we cannot let that deter us.  We must keep trying and know that a position exists for us.  Rick lived by that creed...and it has rewarded him handsomely.

Congrats, Rick!  Now go make us proud again!
