I can't help but look at this picture and think of the story "The Little Train That Could." There are times when we all need to emulate that little train and give ourselves positive affirmations. We all need to "pysche ourselves up" at times, particularly when faced with adversity. But we all have the capability to do it...and, if nothing else, it's like that old saying, "You gotta fake it 'til you make it!"
