"Look at the donut, not the hole." ...age-old advice from one of my former coaches, reminding us to look at what we have, not what we don't

Remember, Babe Ruth may have been one of the great homerun hitters of all time, but he also struck out a lot, too. The job search is just like that, especially in this economy. Keep getting back up there and swinging for the fence!

Medical Opening, Revisited! Attention, MAA's!!!

As I mentioned to you a few days ago (somewhat discreetly), there is an opening at an eye doctor’s office in East York.  It is now officially listed on Craigslist—see this job posting:  http://york.craigslist.org/hea/2591466709.html  --and the office manager called me asking for candidates.  Remember, this was a position vacated by one of our students who moved on to another job.

The position  would be about 30 hours per week.  You should apply through Craigslist and contact me if you apply.  Then I’ll call the office manager and let her know that you have applied.  That might get your resume/cover letter to the top of the list.  She did, after all, contact us, which indicates they were happy with our student who is leaving.

If you apply, either call me at 764-9550 or email at tbarshinger@csb.edu .
