Wellspan Training

CSB will be hosting a Wellspan Training opportunity here at school next week.  Wellspan representatives will be on campus for three days--Tuesday, July 31 through Thursday, August 2--for three, one-hour training sessions running from 11:10-12:00pm each day.  The first two sessions are regarding professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.  The third session relates to job hunting and applying to jobs, specifically for Wellspan positions, but in my experience it has also been very informative in relationship to ALL jobs out there!  This third session is run by a Wellspan HR professional, and they are very knowledgeable and helpful!

Participants who take part in the phone and customer service training will receive a certificate of participation--a great portfolio filler and another positive addition to a resume.

Individuals can choose to participate in all three days, only the phone and customer service training (Days 1 and 2), or only the HR tips and techniques (only Day 3).

Any CSB graduates, alumni, or job seekers may participate.  All you need to do to register is contact me via phone (764-9550) or email (tbarshinger@csb.edu) and let me know of your intent to participate and which portions of the program you would like to attend.
